Horizon Resources is a cooperative based out of Williston, ND that provides transport, bulk fuel loads, and propane as well as bulk lubricants for customers throughout NW North Dakota and NE Montana.  We also have convenience stores in Williston and Ray, ND and Fairview and Malta, MT as well as a pay at the pump option in Wildrose and Zahl, ND. Our Agronomy Department has many of the products that you may need for reclamation projects.
